A Kit with 30 latex balloons, 60 m of string, 30 paper flags and Glue Dots. Can either be filled with helium and released into the ceiling, alternatively with air and the balloons are attached with Glue Dots and give an effective impression.

Fill the balloons with air and attach them to the ceiling using glue dots. Test the glue dots on a small area first to ensure that the substrate is not affected. Remove the balloons from the ceiling while they are still inflated. The balloons can also be filled with helium and simply released into the ceiling. Then glue dots are not needed.

Fold the flags in half and attach them to the balloon string using a glue dot.
